French Cooking Class> Enjoy date night on Saturday night and be virtually whisked away to France with our Romantic Dinner in Lyon – one in our series of L’Approche Francais classes (The French Approach to Cooking & Celebrations!)  Master Chef Richard McFarlane Clark will instruct the class on ingredient choices, as well as cooking methods and techniques used in Lyon, the food capital of the Rhone-Alpes region of France.
